Cider of the Month: Sunday Cidermosa
Our Cider of the Month: Sunday Cidermosa ft. New Summer Menu Options!
Ah, Sundays. The perfect day to slow down, relax, and indulge. And what better way to do that than with a glass of our Cider of the Month, Sunday Cidermosa?
This staff favorite features a unique crafting process. We use champagne yeast instead of traditional cider yeast, resulting in a more effervescent and lively character. This bubbly process includes citrus and tangerine resulting in a delightful cider reminiscent of a crisp morning mimosa. One sip of Cidermosa will transport you to a sunny Sunday morning, no matter what day of the week it is or what time of day. It's the perfect accompaniment to our delicious dishes at the Bellingham Cider Restaurant & Bar! Including small plates from our new summer Dinner Menu
And to make it even sweeter, we're offering a special deal this month only: get a pint of Sunday Cidermosa for just $1 off! Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to try our Cider of the Month at a discounted price.
Brunch Goals: Cidermosa & Crab Benedict
Start your Sunday off right with our Crab Benedict, featuring local WA Dungeness crab, Avenue Bread English muffin, two poached eggs, hollandaise, and kale. Pair it with a glass of Sunday Cidermosa, and you'll be in brunch heaven. The citrus notes in the cider will cut through the richness of the hollandaise, while the bubbles will cleanse your palate between bites. Brunch is available at Bellingham Cider Restaurant & Bar on Saturday & Sunday mornings from 10 AM until 3 PM (we don’t discriminate on which day you choose to indulge your Sunday Cidermosa).
Summer Small Plates! Green Beans & Grilled Asparagus
But Sunday Cidermosa isn't just for brunch – it's also a fantastic pairing for our new dinner small plates! Try it with our Green Beans, featuring tahini muhammara, pea shoots, cilantro, charred lime, and almonds. The cider's citrus will enhance the bright, herbaceous flavors of the dish, while its effervescence will cut through the richness of the tahini.
Or, pair it with our Grilled Asparagus, featuring burnt onion labneh, duck egg bottarga, gremolata, and togarashi. The cider's bubbles will help to balance the savory, umami flavors of the dish, while its citrus will enhance the freshness of the asparagus.
Enjoy it All on Our Outdoor Patio!
And don't forget to enjoy your Sunday Cidermosa and delicious dishes on our beautiful outdoor patio! There's no better way to soak up the sunshine and fresh air while savoring the flavors of the Pacific Northwest.
So come on down to the Bellingham Cider Restaurant & Bar, and let's make Sundays a little more special with our Cider of the Month, Sunday Cidermosa!
